Envoy: Azerbaijani-Kazakh economic cooperation developing
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Kazakhstan Agalar Atamoglanov has said that economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan is actively developing and growing.
Atamoglanov made these remarks during the round table discussions on bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, Report informs.
The ambassador added that the development of bilateral relations with Kazakhstan and cooperation within international organisations is one of the main priorities of Azerbaijan's foreign policy.
“For this purpose, we have all the prerequisites, namely, the economic potential, energy resources, favourable geographical position, etc.,” the ambassador said.
Atamoglanov noted that today's event is significant because it is held on the eve of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Kazakhstan.
“The first meeting of the expert council had a very positive outcome, we saw the need for such meetings of experts from the two countries,” he said.
Atamoglanov also expressed hope that the discussions and proposals made during today's round table discussions will contribute to the integration processes of the two fraternal countries.
