Euronews: WUF13 in Baku leaves legacy of collaboration, urban innovation VIDEO
The 13th World Urban Forum (WUF13), held in Baku, Azerbaijan, has concluded with organisers highlighting its legacy of collaboration, knowledge-sharing and innovation in addressing global urban challenges, according to Euronews.
The event brought together more than 57,000 participants from 176 countries, including policymakers, planners and urban experts, who discussed key issues such as housing, climate resilience and urban governance.
Organisers said the discussions in Baku are already helping to shape future strategic priorities, while hundreds of sessions and exhibitions showcased practical solutions from cities worldwide.
They added that WUF13 strengthened international cooperation on urban development and underscored the growing role of cities in tackling climate and economic challenges.
