European Parliament member pays visit to Azerbaijan

Member of the European Parliament Javier Nart, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Martyrs in Baku on May 13.

Nart honoured the memory of those killed in the struggle for freedom and sovereignty of Azerbaijan, laid flowers at their graves, APA reports, citing the Azerbaijani Parliament’s Press and Public Relations Department.

The guest was informed about the history of the Alley of Martyrs and the improvement and construction works being carried out in Baku.
