Iranian President Raisi to attend OIC summit in Saudi Arabia

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi will visit Saudi Arabia on November 11 to attend the extraordinary summit of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to be held in Riyadh.

In continuation of the Islamic Republic of Iran's efforts to immediately end the Zionist regime's aggression, lift the blockade and start providing aid to the oppressed and powerful people of Gaza, Raisi will travel to Saudi Arabia on November 11 to attend an extraordinary meeting of leaders of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), IRNA reported.

It would be Raisi's first visit to the Gulf kingdom since the two countries agreed to restore diplomatic relations after seven years of severed ties, a deal brokered by China and announced in March.
