Israel's new ambassador to Azerbaijan Ronen Krausz marks official appointment PHOTO
Ronen Krausz, the newly appointed Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan, has shared his official appointment news on the X platform.
"Honoured and privileged to be formally assigned as the next Israel Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan," he wrote, Caliber.Az reports.

Ronen Krausz, the Director of the Eurasia Division at Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been appointed as the new Israeli ambassador to Azerbaijan.
Israeli government has unanimously approved 12 nominees for ambassadorial and consular positions abroad, Caliber.Az reports via Israeli media.
These appointments were recommended by the committee responsible for selecting heads of foreign missions and personally presented by Israel's Foreign Minister, Gideon Sa'ar.
The outgoing ambassador, George Deek, has served as the State of Israel's Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan since November 2019.
To recall, Azerbaijan and Israel have maintained diplomatic relations since 1992, with Israel's embassy in Azerbaijan opening in August 1993.
