Israeli envoy celebrates Azerbaijan's decision to open embassy in Tel Aviv

Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan George Deek has said they would celebrate Baku's decision to open an embassy in Tel Aviv with a traditional Azerbaijani dish.

"We decided to celebrate the decision to open an embassy of Azerbaijan in Israel with a traditional Azerbaijani dish, but we can't agree on which one. So you will decide for us, which one should it be?" Caliber.Az quotes the ambassador as saying on Twitter.

Deek brought several national dishes of Azerbaijan and asked the readers of his Twitter page for advice on which one to choose.

On November 18, the Azerbaijani parliament gave its consent to the opening of Azerbaijani embassies in Israel, Albania and Kenya.
