Kazakhstan plans new direct flights to Baku
Kazakhstan is set to expand its air connectivity with Azerbaijan through the launch of new direct flights between regional cities and Baku, as part of broader efforts to strengthen economic and tourism ties between the two countries.
According to Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport, regular flights are planned on the Aktobe–Baku route three times per week and on the Atyrau–Baku route four times per week, Caliber.Az reports.
The ministry said the initiative is part of its ongoing strategy to expand the country’s international flight network and increase service frequencies on existing routes.
Officials expect the new connections to facilitate greater mobility for business travelers and tourists while supporting the growth of bilateral trade and investment.
