Kenya ready to support Baku Continuity Coalition
Kenya has expressed its readiness to support the Baku Continuity Coalition.
Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary for Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development, Alice Muthoni Wahome, made the remarks during a high-level meeting of the Baku Continuity Coalition for Urban Climate Action and Sustainable Urbanisation held as part of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum 13 in Baku, local media reports.
“Baku is building a community for us and laying the foundations of a vital platform that will enable us to continue working together in the future. I am aware of all the other arrangements, including the Paris Agreement and the Baku Continuity Coalition. We will support the continuation of this work and, as a state, we are ready for partnership,” she said.
