Key forum on oil logistics, trade to convene in Baku
The 2nd Caspian and Central Asia Oil Trading and Logistics Forum will take place in Baku on April 23–24, bringing together key stakeholders from the energy and transport sectors.
The event will be held against the backdrop of the growing importance of the Middle Corridor in the current geopolitical environment, as it increasingly serves as a critical route for transporting crude oil, petroleum products, and petrochemicals between East and West, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The forum will gather leading industry representatives, including senior executives from the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), as well as companies such as Petronas, KMG Kashagan, Pakistan Railways, and the Black Sea Terminal.
Discussions will focus on the development of sustainable logistics routes between East and West, the expansion of infrastructure across the Caspian region, the management of geopolitical risks, and the introduction of unified trade mechanisms.
The forum is expected to serve as a key platform for developing practical solutions and strengthening the region’s role as a strategic energy bridge between Asia and Europe.
