Lithuanian president to visit Azerbaijan

Lithuanian President, Gitanas Nausėda, will pay a visit to Azerbaijan next week.

During the visit, the president is expected to take part in the Azerbaijani-Lithuanian business forum to be held on May 18 in Baku, according to Report.

The main purpose of the business forum is to strengthen the partnership between Azerbaijan and Lithuania in the field of trade, search for potential partners, and establish new business contacts with Azerbaijani companies.

The forum will mainly focus on the issues related to the food industry, energy and renewable energy sources, circular economy, information technology, logistics, transport, and others.
