Organisation of Turkic States condemns illegal exploitation of Azerbaijan's natural resources

The Organisation of Turkic States has issued a statement condeming the illegal exploitation of natural resources in Azerbaijan’s Karabakh economic region.

“This was the reason for peaceful protests by representatives of the Azerbaijani civil society. The illegal exploitation of Azerbaijan's natural resources, their transportation to Armenia, the illegal presence of the remnants of the Armenian armed forces on the Azerbaijani territory and planting mines in the country's territories undermine the process of normalising relations between the sides and do not contribute to peace and stability in the region,” the Organisation of Turkic States told  Report.

The Secretariat of the Organisation of Turkic States called for an immediate cessation of the aforementioned illegal actions and supports all efforts of Azerbaijan.
