Poland to prepare crisis, war survival guide for citizens
Polish Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz has announced that Poland’s authorities will prepare a guide for citizens in case of crises or war.
The guide, which will include two separate handbooks for adults and children, is expected to be ready by next year, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.
The minister explained that the instructions will cover not only situations involving military or nuclear threats but also provide information on what should be prepared at home, how to behave during an evacuation, and what items should be packed for different emergency scenarios.
Kosiniak-Kamysz emphasised that Poland is following the example set by Finland and Sweden.
Recently, there have been growing calls in the West to prepare for potential armed conflicts with Russia, despite Moscow's lack of such intentions.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has also stated that NATO is exploiting a fabricated threat from Russia to intimidate the citizens of its member states.
