President’s rep highlights open tenders for Shusha housing projects

Construction of 45 buildings in Shusha began this fall, Aydin Kerimov, special representative of the Azerbaijani President in Shusha, told journalists, according to local media.

Kerimov stated that the buildings are expected to be completed and put into operation in early 2027.

“So far, 1,411 people (380 families) have already moved to Shusha,” he added.

He emphasised that tenders for construction projects in Shusha are conducted openly and transparently.

“Official sources indicate that the largest projects mainly involve residential construction. The last three tenders were also for housing, and the winners were selected in a fully transparent manner,” Kerimov said.
