Reps of several leading Israeli companies visit Azerbaijan

The meetings were held in various agencies during the visit of representatives of a number of leading Israeli companies to Azerbaijan, organised on the initiative of the Azerbaijan Innovation and Digital Development Agency.

The meetings were aimed at considering and strengthening partnerships in various sectors, as well as encouraging cooperation, APA reports citing the Azerbaijan Innovation and Digital Development Agency.

The Israeli delegation was represented by Raycom, CySource, Sensorz and FinCom companies operating in the field of telecommunications, cybersecurity, system integration and financial technologies.

During the visit, the possibilities of cooperation with Israeli companies in the field of innovations were considered at a meeting with representatives of the PASHA Holding innovative company. The joint efforts, which are made to develop an innovation and technology ecosystem, exchange experience and knowledge were also discussed.

The Israeli guests also visited Azercell company, where they exchanged views on the prospects for cooperation, as well as discussed, a wide range of issues beginning from the improvement of network infrastructure and ending with the development of innovative services and applications.

During the visit, the Israeli delegation also met with Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan George Deek.

The trip of Israeli companies to Azerbaijan was organised as part of a project to provide international and national ICT companies with tax incentives and subsidies.
