Russian official says Azerbaijan hosts Eurasian Economic Forum at very important time

Baku will host the XV Verona Eurasian Economic Forum on October 27-28.

For the first time, the forum will be held in Baku, which has all the necessary infrastructure, APA-Economics reports.

As part of the event, participants will discuss a wide range of topical issues in economics and finance, healthcare, ecology, energy and technological innovations in the Greater Eurasia area.

“The Eurasian Economic Forum will take place at a very important time. Today, considerable attention is paid to the development of integration processes in the Greater Eurasia, primarily in the trade and economic sphere. Azerbaijan is one of such centres for the development of business activity in Eurasia and a strategic macro-region in this direction. I am sure that the participation of key speakers from various countries will enable to hold a high-quality discussion and formulate specific solutions to achieve common goals for the formation of the Greater Eurasian Partnership,” Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov said.
