SOCAR, bp explore joint training initiatives for personnel development

SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic) and bp have initiated discussions on potential collaborations aimed at enhancing personnel development through joint training programs.

Discussions were held during an annual meeting at SOCAR's headquarters focused on advancing local workforce capabilities, Caliber.Az reports citing local media.

The meeting, attended by SOCAR vice presidents Ziba Mustafayeva and Babak Huseynov, along with BP vice presidents for Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Türkiye Leyla Mammadova and Russell Morris, reviewed bp's report for the year 2023.

The discussions highlighted the importance of exchanging expertise and knowledge between the two energy giants.

Both SOCAR and bp underscored the mutual benefits of fostering closer cooperation in training and development initiatives.
