SOCAR delegation visits Huawei to boost digital transformation in gas sector PHOTO

A delegation from SOCAR’s Integrated Gas Segment and SOCAR Midstream Gas Operations LLC visited Huawei to explore opportunities for integrating digital technologies into Azerbaijan’s gas infrastructure.

According to Caliber.Az, SMGO reported the visit on its LinkedIn page.

Led by Polad Rustamov, Deputy Vice President of SOCAR and Executive Director of SOCAR Midstream Gas Operations, the delegation included key representatives overseeing gas infrastructure, modernisation, and technology partnerships.

During the visit, the two sides discussed deploying smart management systems and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and advance innovative energy management technologies.

They also exchanged views on expanding collaboration and launching future initiatives to support SOCAR’s ongoing digital transformation journey.
