SOCAR, KazMunayGas heads discuss strategic partnership & oil transit

President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovshan Najaf had a meeting with Chairman of the Board of Kazakhstan's national company KazMunayGas Askhat Hasenov in Baku on July 25.

“During the meeting, both parties expressed satisfaction with the dynamic development of their strategic partnership and discussed increasing the volume of Kazakh crude oil transit through Azerbaijan and other trade issues,” Caliber.Az reports via SOCAR.

The Kazakh delegation also visited the Azertrans and Sangachal terminals to familiarize themselves with the conditions and technological processes in place.
