SOCAR, Masdar leaders meet to discuss renewable energy expansion in Azerbaijan PHOTO

SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf met with Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi, Chief Executive Officer of Masdar, to review ongoing collaboration in Azerbaijan’s renewable energy sector.

The meeting highlighted progress on joint wind and solar power projects, reflecting the two companies’ shared commitment to advancing sustainable energy development, Caliber.Az reports per SOCAR.

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the outcomes achieved so far.

Officials also discussed opportunities for further cooperation in areas such as a just energy transition and decarbonization, underlining the importance of maintaining ongoing dialogue to strengthen future initiatives.
