SOCAR, Syrian government sign Memorandum of Understanding PHOTO

As part of the working visit to Azerbaijan by Syria’s Transitional President Ahmed Al-Sharaa, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic.

The document was signed by Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy and Chairman of SOCAR’s Supervisory Board, Mikayil Jabbarov, and Syria’s Minister of Energy, Mohammed Al-Bashir, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
