Let's note that Starlink is the first and largest satellite constellation in the world, utilizing low Earth orbit to provide broadband internet capable of supporting streaming, online gaming, video calls, and more.
Starlink consists of thousands of satellites in orbit much closer to Earth, at about 550 km in altitude, covering the entire planet. Thanks to the low Earth orbit of Starlink satellites, the latency is much lower—around 25 ms compared to 600+ ms for traditional satellites.
