Tajikistan to send citizens for seasonal work in UK

The Migration Service of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Tajikistan will send Tajik citizens for seasonal work to the Great Britain in 2023.

This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of the ministry.

"Registration of citizens wishing to go to work in Great Britain is carried out only in the State Institution 'Centers for Pre-Exit Counseling and Preparation of Labor Migrants' in Dushanbe. The process of selection and recruitment of citizens under the seasonal work program in Great Britain is carried out only on a competitive basis by representatives of Pro-Force. After the selection process documentation, visa support, insurance and travel to the place of work is done at the expense of the candidate", the statement reads.

The agency explained that the state agency "Centers for Pre-departure Training and Consultation for Migrant Workers" under the Migration Service, at the initiative of the Embassy of Tajikistan in the UK signed a cooperation agreement only with the British company Pro-Force.

The services of the centers for pre-departure counseling and preparation of migrant workers to register citizens are free of charge.

In addition, in order to diversify migration processes, the state institution "Centers for Pre-Exit Counseling and Preparation of Labor Migrants" in Dushanbe also signed cooperation agreements with South Korea.
