Türkiye exports weapons to more than 80 countries

Sarsılmaz Silah Sanayi exports over 300 models developed by Turkish engineers and produced entirely with domestic and national resources, to more than 80 countries.

Making evaluations about Türkiye's domestic defence industry, Sarsılmaz Arms Industry Chairman of the Board Latif Aral Aliş said that there is a serious demand from many countries for weapons developed and produced in Türkiye with domestic means, TRT Haber reports. 

Noting that the Turkish defence industry has now proven its strength and quality all over the world, Aliş said, "There is another issue that is as important as this, and that is the diversity of the weapons we produce. We develop many products from unmanned aerial vehicles to helicopters, from armoured vehicles to weapon systems and from weapons to ammunition.
