Türkiye’s Albayrak Group to start operations in Azerbaijani port PHOTO
The Albayrak Group of Turkey, which consists of more than 50 companies with extensive experience in port management and the development of international trade not only in Türkiye but also in Europe and Africa, will be involved in expanding regional logistics capabilities in Azerbaijan's Port of Baku.
In this regard, a cooperation agreement was signed between Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC and Albayrak Holding, Report informs.
The document was signed by Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC Director-General Taleh Ziyadov and Head of Albayrak Ahmet Albayrak.
Under the agreement, the sides will closely cooperate in such spheres as improvement of the technical capabilities of the Port of Baku, attracting more cargo, prompt transhipment of cargo, etc. Albayrak will work in Ro-Ro and fertilizer terminals together with the Port of Baku upon the new agreement.
