Two Armenian soldiers killed, several wounded in border clashes

At 05:30, clashes occurred in the border area in Azerbaijan’s Zangilan direction, the Armenian Defence Ministry has said in a statement.

According to preliminary data, there are two dead and several wounded on the Armenian side, Caliber.Az reports.

To recap, it was in this direction that an Armenian sniper wounded an Azerbaijani serviceman on February 12.

As a result of the provocation, a serviceman of the State Border Service soldier Khalilzade Parviz Agakishi oglu was wounded. The serviceman was evacuated by helicopter to a specialized medical institution.

The incident, including the moment of opening fire from the opposite side, was recorded by video surveillance cameras.
