Two US bases in Syria said targeted by Iraqi drones

Al Mayadeen's sources reported on Sunday that a drone belonging to Iraqi resistance factions targeted the Kharab al-Jir US military base in the countryside of al-Hasakah in Syria with two shells.

The US base Rmelan in northeastern Syria also came under a drone attack.

On December 30, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that it had targeted, using drones, the Harir US occupation base in Iraqi Kurdistan's Erbil in response to the ongoing massacres committed by the Israeli entity against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

In a statement, the Iraqi Resistance emphasized that this operation is part of its ongoing strategy to Resist the US occupation forces in Iraq and the region, vowing to continue "strikes against the enemy's strongholds."
