The new facility will focus on testing the ZenaDrone 1000 model, a subsidiary of ZenaDrone, specifically for US and NATO defence units. The facility is slated to be fully operational by the first quarter of 2025.
ZenaTech is specializing in quantum computing, drone-as-a-service (DaaS), and enterprise software as a service (SaaS).
"The establishment of the test centre in Türkiye will accelerate the development of ZenaDrone 1000 models for US and NATO defence. It will also support the development of our artificial intelligence-based drone swarm solutions and our mission-centric drone control centre. Türkiye is an ideal European location for drone experimental testing and is known for its innovation in the defence industry. We are excited to partner with them," said ZenaTech CEO Shaun Passley.
The facility will test defence drone applications, including intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting (ISRT), logistics and transportation, and other long-range applications beyond the operator's line of sight.
Additionally, the company plans to design and test a mobile drone control center, which will house computer, control, and communication systems capable of managing multiple drone operations.
ZenaTech is a technology company that serves both the military and agricultural sectors, specializing in UAVs, quantum computing, and artificial intelligence-driven drone solutions. The company is set to establish a facility in Türkiye for the production of the ZenaDrone 1000 model, with plans to make it operational by 2025.
