US Energy Department maintains Azerbaijan’s liquid hydrocarbons outlook for 2025
The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has left unchanged its forecast for Azerbaijan’s liquid hydrocarbons production in 2025.
According to the EIA’s monthly outlook, Azerbaijan’s oil and condensate production will amount to 570,000 barrels per day (b/d) this year, matching the October forecast, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
In particular, actual production stood at 570,000 b/d in the first quarter, 570,000 b/d in the second quarter, while output in the third and fourth quarters is forecast at 560,000 b/d (in line with the October projection of 560,000 b/d).
As previously reported, Azerbaijan produced 600,000 b/d of liquid hydrocarbons in 2024 — with 600,000 b/d in the first quarter, 590,000 b/d in the second and third quarters, and 600,000 b/d in the fourth quarter.
