WTDC-25 in Baku sets new records with 2,572 participants, including 196 VIPs PHOTO
The World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC-25), held in Baku from November 17 to 28, has set a new record for the number of participants and high-level attendees.
According to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, 2,572 people registered for WTDC-25, the highest figure in recent years. By comparison, WTDC-2017 had 1,360 participants, and WTDC-2022 had 1,763, Caliber.Az reports.
The conference also stood out for its number of high-ranking guests, with 196 senior officials attending, highlighting the growing international significance of the event.
At the Baku conference, organisational work, delegate convenience, and communication and media arrangements were handled at a high level. WTDC-25 received strong praise both for these aspects and for the broad participation of international partners.
