WUF13: Experts explore innovation in housing, green construction
The 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) has launched a panel discussion titled “Urban Value Chain in Action: Business Leadership for Inclusive, Smart and Sustainable Cities”, where key topics include innovative approaches to affordable housing, urban planning, and green construction.
The discussions focus on how private-sector leadership can contribute to comprehensive urban development, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
Topics also cover PropTech, artificial intelligence, improved energy efficiency, and the enhancement of urban services.
Drawing on practical examples and cross-sector cooperation, participants are presenting scalable models and investment-attractive strategies aimed at improving housing accessibility, raising environmental standards, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of cities.
More than 40,000 participants from 182 countries have registered for the forum, which runs until May 22.
