Official: Seven villages of Azerbaijan's Gazakh subject of delimitation

A senior official from the Azerbaijani State Border Service has said that seven villages in Azerbaijan's Gazakh District, which borders Armenia, are a subject of delimitation.

"The issue related to the seven villages of Gazakh District is the subject of delimitation. The State Border Service participates in the work of the relevant delimitation commission," Report quotes Major General Elchin Ibrahimov, the head of the Azerbaijani State Border Service administration, as telling a press conference on August 16.

According to him, after the issues related to the delimitation are resolved, demarcation work will be carried out.

"After that, the State Border Service will fulfil the tasks assigned to it related to this issue," he said.
