Rally on Lachin-Khankendi road continues for 48 days

Azerbaijani eco-activists and representatives of NGOs continue protesting on the Lachin-Khankendi road against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the territories temporarily monitored by Russian peacekeepers, in particular, the Gizilbulag gold mine and the Demirli copper-molybdenum deposit.

Despite the frosty weather, the rally continued throughout the night, a journalist of APA news agency reports from Shusha.

The air temperature in Shusha is six degrees.

The rally participants traditionally started the day by singing the national anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The rally has been going on since December 12, 2022.
