Azerbaijan increases passenger transportation by air by over 50%

Azerbaijani airlines transported 332,600 or 52.2 per cent more passengers in January-February 2023 than a year earlier.

Some 99.9 per cent of passenger transportation accounted for state companies while 0.1 per cent - for private companies, Report informs citing the data of the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee.

Transportation of goods by air transport decreased by 79.4 per cent to 21,300 tons.
