Azerbaijani MP wounded by gunshot undergoes second surgery

Azerbaijani MP Fazil Mustafa, who sustained gunshot wounds in front of his as a result of an armed attack on March 27 evening, has undergone surgery for the second time.

The statement came from the MPs aide Ajdar Aliyev, according to Report.

He said that the second surgery was necessary because the shoulder wound was severe.

"Now his condition is satisfactory,” Aliyev said.

The surgery took place in the Clinical Medical Centre. Later, he was transferred to another medical facility.
