Azerbaijan exports over 18 million tons of oil in 2023

Azerbaijan exported 7,554,094.95 tons of oil worth $4,696,999.48 to Italy in January-August 2023.

Thus, Italy ranked first in the total volume of Azerbaijan’s oil exports.

Israel ranks second in the total volume of Azerbaijan’s oil exports (in terms of value and volume of exported oil). During the reporting period, 1,820,121.26 tons of oil worth $1,088,305.22 were exported to this country, APA informs citing the report of the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee.

Spain ranks third in the list of countries exporting Azerbaijani oil. Some 1,114,184.47 tons of oil worth $700,578.65 were exported to this country in January-August.

In total, Azerbaijan exported 18,506,042.46 tons of oil worth $11,234,779.76 to 20 countries during the reporting period.
