Top 10 countries importing Azerbaijani oil

In January-April 2024, Azerbaijan's largest oil export destination was Italy, receiving 2.4 million tonnes, a 28.6% decrease from the previous year.

The value of exports to Italy also dropped by 27.1%, totalling $1.54 billion, Caliber.Az reports citing the State Customs Committee.

Overall, Azerbaijan exported 6.93 million tonnes of oil to 19 countries during the first four months of 2024, a 25% decline from the same period last year, with a total value of $4.36 billion, marking a 23.6% decrease.
