Abu Dhabi dialogue aims to deepen UAE-Azerbaijan ties
The President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, met with Azerbaijan’s Minister of Justice, Farid Ahmadov, at Qasr Al Bahar in Abu Dhabi, Caliber.Az reports, citing the official news outlet of the Emirate of Sharjah, Sharjah24.
During the meeting, Ahmadov conveyed warm greetings from Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and wished the UAE continued prosperity. He expressed confidence that the close relationship between the two nations would deepen further in the coming years.
Sheikh Mohamed, in turn, asked Ahmadov to pass along his greetings to President Aliyev and extended his best wishes for ongoing progress and development to the people of Azerbaijan.
The discussions focused on advancing the growing partnership between the UAE and Azerbaijan, with both sides expressing interest in expanding cooperation across areas of mutual importance.
Several sheikhs and high-ranking officials also took part in the meeting.
