Video footage released by the organisation showed shattered glass and damaged medical equipment scattered across the floor of the affected facilities.
The strikes followed reports of multiple explosions in the capital after Israel announced the start of a new wave of attacks targeting Tehran.
Since February 28, when the United States and Israel began conducting strikes against Iran, several hospitals and other medical facilities have reportedly been hit, raising concerns about the impact of the conflict on civilian infrastructure.
