American analyst supports Israeli envoy to Azerbaijan PHOTO

An American analyst has expressed his support for Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan George Dick.

Well-known American analyst Michael Doran wrote about this on Twitter, according to Report. 

"Look what you've done, George Dick! Everyone is reading a book about Tabriz," he said.on Twitter.

Thus, he expressed support for the Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan, George Dick, to whose publication the Iranian side responded with harsh criticism.

To recap, Dick earlier shared a post in which he wrote: "I learn so much about the history and culture of Azerbaijan in Tabriz from this wonderful book that was recently presented to me. What are you guys reading these days?".

In the photo, the ambassador was reading the book "Magic Tales of Tabriz". Iranian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Seyed Abbas Mousavi reacted sharply to the tweet.

Michael Doran is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute and Director of the Hudson Institute Centre for Peace and Security in the Middle East. He has served on the US National Security Council, as well as as a senior advisor to the US Department of State and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence of the United States.

Doran served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy in the US National Security Council, as well as in the US Department of Defence under George W. Bush. The analyst is known for his support of Israel, as well as support for cooperation between the United States, Türkiye and Azerbaijan.

He supported Azerbaijan's position in the Karabakh conflict.
