ANAMA delegation reviews Nuctech’s security technologies in China PHOTO
A delegation led by Vugar Suleymanov, head of the Azerbaijani National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA), conducted a visit to Nuctech as part of an official trip to China to explore the company’s security technology and inspection systems.
During the meeting, the Azerbaijani delegation presented a detailed overview of the country’s mine-related challenges, measures taken to address them, and the methods employed, Caliber.Az reports via ANAMA.
Nuctech’s Deputy Director for Asia and CIS countries, Lu Xinping, briefed the delegation on the company’s operations and technological capabilities.
The sides exchanged views on testing an X-ray system for detecting explosives and discussed ways to enhance its technical performance. The potential use of Nuctech equipment by ANAMA was also considered.
The delegation toured the company’s production process, observing various X-ray systems and other modern technological equipment.
Subsequently, ANAMA met with Pekin Heweiyongtai Sci&Tech to discuss cooperation opportunities in humanitarian demining efforts.
