ANAMA, Serbian military attaché discuss mine clearance efforts in Azerbaijan PHOTO

The Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) hosted a meeting between ANAMA Deputy Chairman of the Board Samir Poladov and Serbian Military Attaché to Azerbaijan, Col. Mile Celikovic.

At the meeting, Samir Poladov told the guest about the mine problem faced by Azerbaijan, the scale of contamination of Azerbaijani territories with mines and unexploded ordnance, the humanitarian demining work carried out, the Centre of International Best Practices in combating the mine threat to be established in our country, Caliber.Az reports, citing ANAMA.

Opinions were exchanged at the meeting on Serbia's possible support to humanitarian demining in Azerbaijan.
