Arab Parliament chairman praises Azerbaijan's activity as NAM chair

Chairman of the Arab Parliament Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asumi praised the successful chairmanship of Azerbaijan in the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).

Al-Asumi stated this at a meeting with the Chairman of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova, Report informs.

Al-Asumi noted that the Arab Parliament attaches great importance to ties with the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, and the member states of the Arab Parliament have successful ties with Azerbaijan.

The guest also noted that the Parliamentary Network of the organisation, created on the initiative of Azerbaijan, has done a lot of work in a short time, and noted that this is an indicator of Azerbaijan's successful parliamentary diplomacy.
