Armenia-Azerbaijan dialogue strengthens regional security, US says

The ongoing peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia has bolstered regional stability, the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) said.

The finding is detailed in the DNI’s 2026 “Annual Threat Assessment,” which emphasizes the importance of continued US involvement in mediating regional conflicts, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

The report notes that such engagement, including efforts in the South Caucasus, could “improve US access to the region and support strategic investments and commercial opportunities.”
