Armenian forces open fire on Azerbaijani Army positions in Nakhchivan

On the night of September 28, at approximately 23:20, units of the Armenian armed forces fired on positions of the Azerbaijani Army in the direction of Yukhari Buzov, located in the Babek region of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The attack was launched from Armenian positions near the settlement of Almaly in the Keshishkend region, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry.

Azerbaijani forces took immediate countermeasures in response to the provocation. No further details regarding casualties or damages have been reported at this time.
