Armenian forces shell Azerbaijani positions in Nakchivan, Kalbajar

On August 31, at 10:15 pm, Armenian armed forces units from the positions in the direction of the Istisu settlement using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army positions in the direction of the Istisu settlement of the Kalbajar region.

At 8:15 pm on the same day, the Armenian armed forces units from the position in the direction of the Gafan region using small arms subjected to fire the Azerbaijan Army position stationed in the direction of the Ordubad region of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The Azerbaijan Army Units took retaliatory measures in both cases to silence the shelling, according to the Defence Ministry of Azerbaijan.
