Armenian illegal armed gangs kill Azerbaijani soldier in liberated lands

Members of the illegal Armenian armed groups illegally stationed on the territory of Azerbaijan, temporarily monitored by the Russian peacekeeping contingent, launched intensive fire at the positions of the Azerbaijani army units located in the direction of the Lachin district on the morning of August 3.

As a result, the Azerbaijani army’s conscript Anar Rustam oglu Kazimov died from a bullet wound, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Defence Ministry of Azerbaijan. The units of the Azerbaijani army took immediate retaliatory measures to suppress the shelling.

The ministry conveyed its deep condolences to the family and friends of the deceased soldier.
