Azerbaijan army holds graduation ceremony for reserve officer training course PHOTO

The Training and Educational Centre of the Azerbaijan Army has held the graduation ceremony for the latest cohort of the Reserve Officer Training Course.

The event commenced with a moment of silence honoring the memory of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, as well as the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland. The ceremony continued with the performance of the National Anthem of Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry.

Colonel Nizami Movlanov, Chief of the Training and Educational Center of the Azerbaijan Army, congratulated the young officers on receiving the military rank of lieutenant. Speaking on behalf of the leadership of the Ministry of Defence, he extended his best wishes for their future service.

Certificates were then presented to the graduates, and the top graduate.

The ceremony concluded with cultural performances by the creative team of the Hazi Aslanov Army Ideological and Cultural Center, celebrating the achievements of the new officers and the dedication of the Azerbaijan Army to developing its future leadership.
