Azerbaijan, Belarus parliamentary leaders address Nakhchivan drone incident

Speaker of Azerbaijan’s Parliament (Milli Majlis) Sahiba Gafarova and Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of Belarus’s National Assembly Natalia Kochanova discussed the Iranian drone attack on Nakhchivan and regional developments.

Kochanova expressed concern over the drone strikes on the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, lamented the civilian injuries caused by the attack, and wished the wounded a speedy recovery, Caliber.Az reports via Milli Majlis.

The phone call highlighted the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation between the two countries’ parliaments and included an exchange of views on other matters of mutual interest.
