Azerbaijan, China hail successful development of bilateral, multilateral cooperation

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of China to Azerbaijan Guo Min on the occasion of the completion of the term of her diplomatic activity on March 19.

During the meeting the sides emphasised the successful development of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the two countries, adding that high-level meetings on various international platforms, high-level political meetings, exchange of mutual visits contribute to the further expansion of relations, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told Caliber.Az.

The importance of expanding ties in economy, culture, science, education, tourism, high technologies and several other spheres was noted. There is wide potential for the participation of Chinese companies in the restoration and construction work being carried out by Azerbaijan in the territories liberated from occupation.

In conclusion, Bayramov thanked Guo Min for her contribution to the development of relations between the two countries and wished her success in her future activity.
