Azerbaijan completes general plans for some Karabakh settlements

Azerbaijan has completed the development of general plans for Hadrut, Sugovushan, Tugh, and Talish settlements in liberated Karabakh.

Emin Huseynov, special representative of the Azerbaijani president in the liberated territories (except for the Shusha district), made the remark at the conference entitled "The model of post-conflict construction under President Ilham Aliyev", dedicated to the second anniversary of the Victory Day on November 3, Report informs.

Huseynov also said that so far over 260 people have been killed and maimed as a result of the Armenian-planted landmines.

"Some 13 percent of the liberated territories have been cleared of mines. The process continues," he emphasised.
